Dr Dante Pazzanese D. Lanna is a Professor at ESALQ/University of São Paulo, coordinator of the Animal Nutrition Lab and the Center for Nutrigenomics Research. He holds a degree in Agricultural Science from USP (1985), master in Animal Nutrition from USP (1988) and a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University (1993). Affiliated with Cornell University from 1993 to 2001 and Director of the Brazilian Feedlot Association from 1995-2014. Works with Ruminant Nutrition, Nutritional Biochemistry, Regulation of Intermediate Metabolism and Modeling of Nutrient use. Transfers knowledge in Nutrition mainly to feed mills, packers, pharmaceutical companies and the beef cattle feeding industry.
