Jinyoung Lee obtained a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. (Animal Science and Technology) from the Konkuk University in Korea, and a Dr. (Swine Nutrition) from the University of Manitoba, Canada. Now she is a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Manitoba where she works with Dr. Martin Nyachoti. Her scholarly pursuits revolve around swine nutrition, with a particular emphasis on the dynamics of nursery gut health in the development of advanced feeding concepts such as low-protein diets.
