Veronica is a dedicated professional with a strong academic background in Animal Nutrition from the University of Guelph, where she completed her M.Sc. under the supervision of Dr. Elijah Kiarie. Her master's research focused on evaluating the protein quality of black soldier fly larvae meal compared to conventional protein sources in broilers. With extensive research experience as both a Graduate and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Guelph, they have also gained practical industry knowledge through roles at ISA Hendrix Genetics and Burnbrae Farms. Currently, they contribute significantly to Dr. Kiarie's lab at Guelph as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Technician.
