Caleb Reichhardt, PhD, is an assistant professor of Livestock Animal Production in the Department of Human Nutrition, Food, and Animal Sciences at the University of ​Hawai'i at Mānoa. Caleb received his PhD at Utah State University where he studied beef cattle skeletal muscle growth. At the University of ​Hawai'i at Mānoa, Caleb's research program focuses on micronutrient supplementation strategies for optimal ruminant livestock skeletal muscle growth and production.
