Caitlyn is a second-year PhD student at Iowa State University. Her research focuses on sustainable swine production, emphasizing soybean meal inclusion. Her research evaluates greenhouse gas emissions, microbiome, and nutrient lifecycle analysis. She has also evaluated students' Strengths across the Animal Science Department with different levels of implementation of CliftonStrenths in the classroom.
