Dr. Tessa M. Schulmeister is currently employed as the laboratory manager for Dr. Nicolas DiLorenzo with the University of Florida at the North Florida Research Education Center, located in Marianna, FL. She recently completed her PhD in May of this year, with the focus of her research being the evaluation of a novel crop, Brassica carinata, and it's use as a protein source in beef cattle production systems.
