Dr. Matthew Crouse is a Research Physiologist at the United States Meat Animal Research Center in the Nutrition, Growth, and Physiology research unit. His research investigates the roles of nutrition during the periconceptual period on male and female fertility, fetal growth and development, epigenetics, and postnatal calf performance. His main focus is on the roles of one-carbon metabolites in programming fetal development.
