My name is Jacob Henderson, and I am a Masters Student at Iowa State University studying feedlot nutrition in Dr. Stephanie Hansen's lab. My research focuses on copper supplementation, specifically looking at how excess copper might impact inflammation and resiliency to disease, how to improve copper status in the face of antagonists, and copper supplementation strategies to improve effectiveness of growth enhancing technologies.
