Dr. Hongwei Li is a postdoctoral fellow from the Livestock Gentec, University of Alberta. He majored in quantitative genetics and statistical genomics and had a good theoretical basis for animal genetic breeding. His research work mainly focused on the optimization and development of models and algorithms to improve the accuracy of genomic prediction in the Canadian beef cattle population.
