Meghan Thorndyke is a doctoral student under Dr. Terry Engle. Meghan’s research investigates molybdenum exposure in feed or water and its impact on perfomace, health, digestion and absorption of trace minerals in beef cattle. Her interests include ruminant nutrition; nutritional biochemistry; mineral metabolism, and ruminant production. Meghan is anticipating graduation in the Summer 2023.
